摘    要:目的]为苜蓿的抗旱栽培及抗旱品种的选育提供理论依据。方法]以紫花苜蓿为材料,正常供水处理为对照,研究离体干旱条件下其根系和叶片的水分及ABA含量变化。结果]正常供水条件下,紫花苜蓿根部ABA含量低于叶片;干旱胁迫3h后,叶片ABA含量显著高于对照,之后呈下降趋势,而根部ABA含量呈增加趋势,干旱胁迫6h时根部ABA含量增加至最高,为对照ABA含量的3倍多。随着干旱时间的延长,苜蓿叶片相对含水量(RWC)下降,干旱胁迫3h后,叶片RWC从82.5%下降到56.4%;干旱胁迫6h时,叶片RWC仅为33.5%,而根部RWC变化较小。结论]水分胁迫下,植物根部ABA可作为信号分子对植物地上部的生长发育起调控作用。
