摘    要:根据铲式成穴器与倾斜圆盘勺式排种器组合设计成的打穴播种机的结构特点,建立了种子下落过程中运动轨迹的参数方程。以此为基础分析了播种机双向倾角、排种器投种角和打穴铲结构参数对种子在打穴铲内自由下落过程的影响,进而确定了打穴铲几何尺寸的设计原则。

Abstract:Taking account of construction characteristics of the punch planter with spade soil opener the mathematical models for describing seed movement during dropping from seed metering device to the soil were developed. Three main factors, which affected the track of seed movement, are position, velocity and direction of seed dropping from metering device. The effect of parameters of the punch planter and spade shape on seed placement in soil was analyzed with computer simulation. The results showed that the spade should have enough space for seed free movement, dropping angle of metering device should be designed according to the basic sowing speed, which has an optimal range from 1.4 to 1.6 m/s. Based on the simulating results the design principle of geometrical configuration for spade was determined.
