南海北部野生斑节对虾卵巢解剖结构及组织学的研究

摘    要:运用解剖学、组织学观察,研究了南海北部野生斑节对虾卵巢结构及组织学,结果表明,(1)卵巢的解剖结构:卵巢可分为1对前叶、8对侧叶、1对向后延伸的尾叶,成熟卵巢8对侧叶以第2对侧叶最大,第6对侧叶末端可见一半透明小管穿过所对应的胸腔体壁通到同侧第3对步足基部的产卵孔。(2)卵巢的组织学结构:卵巢由卵巢壁、中央卵管和卵室组成;卵巢壁由外向内依次由上皮层、疏松结缔组织、基膜和分化上皮构成;中央卵管分化出大量卵原细胞;卵室内含有不同发育阶段的卵母细胞。

Abstract:The anatomy structure and histology of the ovary of Penaeus monodon from the north of South China Sea were studied using anatomy and histology methods. The results indicated : (1) the anatomy structure of ovary consists of a pair of anterior lobe, eight pairs of lateral lobes and one pair of backward outstretched lobe. The second pair of lateral lobe is the biggest in the eight pairs of lateral lobes of the mature ovary. The terminal of sixth lateral lobes have a transparent oviducts which pass through the body wall of the thorax to the ovipores which lie in the coxa of the third pereiopod.(2) The results of the histology structure show that the ovary consists of ovarian wall, central tube and egg chamber. The ovarian wall is composed of epithelium layer, loose connective tissue, basement membrane and differentiation epithelium from out to in. The central tube produces a lot of oogoniums. The egg chambers contain the oocyte at different development phases.
