河南烤烟总糖含量的区域特征及其对评吸质量的影响*

摘    要: 以河南烤烟主产区2005~2007年B2F、C3F和X2F三个等级烤烟为研究对象,利用基本统计和地统计学相结合的方法研究了河南总糖含量的区域分布特征,并对总糖与评吸质量进行了简单相关和灰色关联度分析。结果表明,河南主产烟区烤烟总糖含量范围为13.8%~37.7%,均值为26.92%;在区域差异方面,烤烟总糖含量由西部高值区域向北部和东南部降低。烟叶不同总糖含量对评吸质量指标的影响不同。烟叶总糖含量为23.58%时,评吸总分最高。在河南烟叶生产过程中,要注意通过品种、农艺措施和烘烤工艺等方面的调控,将总糖含量控制在适宜的范围之内。

Abstract:Taking three grades (B2F, C3F and X2F) flue cured tobacco leaves from main production areas in Henan as study objects, the regional characteristics of total sugar contents were studied by the methods of basic statistical analysis and geostatistics, while simple correlation and grey correlation analysis were carried out to study the relationship between total sugar contents and smoking quality. The results showed that total sugar content in the flue cured tobacco was 138%~377%,with a mean of 2692%. Total sugar content decreased gradually from the high total sugar content area of West Henan to North Henan and Southeast Henan. The effects of total sugar contents on smoking quality differed. Smoking total score was the highest when the content of total sugar reached 2358%. In order to control the total sugar level in the suitable range, attention should be paid to varieties, agriculture measures, curing technologies and other aspects during the course of production.
