| 摘 要： | 根据济宁近40年的气象资料，通过降水（干旱）距平分布、降水连丰、连枯周期分析，揭示济宁年降水量和干旱的关系，从而总结出济宁干旱的特点、成因，并在此基础上结合济宁实际提出若干抗干旱对策。

| Abstract: | According to near four decades of weather data of Jining, precipitation (drought) anomaly distribution, continuous wetter and drier cycle were studied.The relationship between precipitation and drought was revealed.So drought characteristics and causes of Jining were summed up.On this basis, combined with the actual situation, several measures against drought were proposed. |
