摘    要:为了得到可靠的瓶装老陈醋无损的定性预测模型,以山西省不同种类的240个瓶装醋为研究对象采集光谱数据,对原始光谱进行光谱预处理,应用主成分进行降维处理,结合马氏距离判别方法建立定性判别模型。结果表明,校正集和预测集的正确分类结果均达到了100%。实验证明近红外光谱技术可以对瓶装醋直接进行检测,达到了快速、无损的目的。

Abstract:In order to obtain the reliable qualitative prediction model for nondestructive bottled vinegar,240 bottled vinegars with different types in Shanxi province was used as samples,and for collecting spectral data.Spectral pretreatment was done on the original spectrum.Principal component analysis was used to reduce the dimension.Combined with the Mahalanobis distance discriminant method,the qualitative discriminant model was established.The results showed that the accuracy percentage of correct classification for both the calibration and prediction set all reached 100%.Near-infrared spectroscopy can be used to detect bottled vinegar directly,and can reach a rapid and nondestructive purpose.
