| Abstract: | The paper has put emphasis on the study and report on the re-position and classified administration of agricultural and other public welfare research institutions,the establishment of operational and administrative systems accord with modern institutions,the restructuring and administrative systems,fund allocation system reform,supervision and evaluation mechanism,and project macro administration.These are for reference for research responsible departments and public welfare research institutions during the process of reform. |
