宿根补血草种间杂交育种研究

摘    要:研究了宿根性阔叶补血草(LimoniumlatifoliumO.Kuntze)和里海补血草(L.caspiumGouan)各植株间花粉和柱头的异型性,采用异型授粉方法进行种间杂交,克服了同型杂交不孕的困难,获得了种间杂种。通过染色体组型分析确认了杂种的真实性。入选的里海补血草×阔叶补血草杂种F14号株性状优良,可通过组培繁殖形成无性系,作为补血草新类型推广。试验也为我国补血草野生资源的开发利用提供杂交育种技术参考

Abstract:Limonium sp. have a special hereditary character according to H. G. Baker . Their pollen grains and stigmas differ in appearance between species and individuals of the same species. The appearance of the pollen grains are classified into 2 types which are usually called type A and type B while the appearance of stigmas are classified into 3 types:head like type,corn cob like type and nipple like type. The head like stigmas were fertile as combined with both pollen grains type A and type B. The corn cob like stigmas were fertile as combined with pollen grains type A,but not with type B, while the nipple like stigmas were fertile as combined with pollen grians type B,but not with type A. Therefore the combining ability of their closing are exhibited only when the appropriate closing combination are arranged according to the appearances of both pollen grains and stigmas of the parents that are chosen.According to two years observation we have ravealed their appropriate combinations and have done a lot of crosses between L. latifolium and L. caspium. Furthermore,in 1994,we obtained hybrids which are proved to be real hybrids that have inherited the superior characters deriving from both parents. Now, we have propagated a lot of progenies in vitro and are trying to establish a new culivated statice type.
