黄瓜单性结实世代遗传效应的初步研究

摘    要:应用数量遗传学原理,研究了黄瓜6个世代雌花数、单性结实果数、单性结实产量3个主要性状的遗传效应。结果表明:各性状的基因效应均符合加性-显性模型,且均以加性效应为主,加性方差(即狭义遗传力)分别占总方差的24.80%、34.75%和34.31%;显性方差均相对较小,显性势均为正向部分显性;控制这3个性状的最少基因对数分别为3、3、4对;选育黄瓜单性结实新品种宜采用杂交育种法,3个性状适宜的选择世代分别在F2、F4和F4代。

Abstract:The genetic effects of three major characters named number of pistillate flowers (NPFl),number of parthenocarpic fruits (NPFr) and parthenocarpic yields (PY) in six generations of cucumber ( Cucumis sativus L) were studied by using quantative genetics. The results showed that the genetic effects of characters can be all explained by additive dominance model and that additive effect is major;additive variances,the narrow heritability,are 24.80%,34.75% and 34.31% respectively;The dominant variances are smaller and dominant potentials are all positive dominance partially;The minimum number of genes which control the three characters above is 3,3 and 4 respectively. Cross breeding should be used in breeding new parthenocarpic cultivar of cucumber. Optimal selection generations of three characters above are F 2,F 4 and F 4.
