香石竹花瓣衰老过程中的蛋白质降解

摘    要:当乙烯处理香石竹花瓣使之发生衰老时,花瓣中可溶性蛋白质含量和氨基酸含量与对照相比没有显著差异;在进行乙烯处理的12h内,花瓣中各蛋白质组分及35S蛋氨酸标记蛋白质的降解水平均未发生明显变化,表明在乙烯处理花瓣引起衰老的起始过程中蛋白质降解不是主导因素,而是衰老过程中的继发事件。

Abstract:When irreversible flower senescence was induced following exposure of the flowers to ethylene for 12h, the soluble protein content and free amino acids content did not change markedly. Degradation of 35 S methionine labeled protein and protein population of the petals resolved by electrophoresis were not affected during exposure of the petals to ethylene. These results indicated that protein degradation did not play an important role in petal response to ethylene, and was a subsequent event in the response processes.
