| 摘 要： | 农作物病虫害专业化防治是确保粮食丰产丰收的重要途径,是适展现代农业的客观要求,是保证农业生产安全和农业生态环境安全的有效手段。盘山县专业化防治具有了一定的规模性、组织性和较好的服务水平,但也存在资金扶持力度不足、组建专业化防治组织的积极性较差、规模种植程度与机手报酬较低等问题。提出努力争取政策扶持、积极推进土地流转、大力发展专业化防治队伍、提高从业人员技能、规范组织运作机制、强化对农作物病虫害专业化防治的服务指导等对策。
