| 摘 要： | 吉林省水稻种植面积稳中有升、产量不断提高,水稻品种品质不断优化,大米加工初具规模,加工能力和水平不断提高,市场占有份额呈现逐步扩大,但也存在加工厂加工设备和技术比较落后、大米产业化开发程度较低、没有形成完整的纵深产业链等问题。提出政府行政管理部门要发挥宏观调控作用,加强科技投入、增加品种的多样化,优化品种、提高品质,强化加工转化延长大米产业链条,建立健全市场监管体制,强化信息服务,实施稻米产业化,发展无污染绿色稻米等对策。
