浙江省炭用毛竹的DNA多态性与理化性能分析

摘    要:运用RAPD分子标记手段对分布于浙江省宁波(东)、景宁(南)、江山(西)、安吉(北)4个地点采用不同经营方式的炭用毛竹林进行分析,同时,对相应毛竹烧制的竹炭进行理化性能测试。结果表明:不同地域毛竹林的相似性很高;不同地域与经营方式对竹炭理化性能均有一定影响,东北方(安吉、宁波)毛竹林烧制的竹炭性能略优于西南方(江山、景宁),粗放经营型毛竹林所烧制的竹炭稍好于集约经营型,但差异不显著,所以,在竹炭工厂化生产的原料选择过程中,为节约成本,可以不考虑地域与经营方式对竹炭性能的影响。

Abstract:Phyllostachys pubescens forests for bamboo charcoal with different managing ways were selected from Ningbo(East),Jingning(South),Jiangshan(West),Anji(North)of Zhejiang Province,their DNA polymorphisms and corresponding physicochemical properties of bamboo charcoals were analyzed.The bamboos come from the four regions have high similarities.The physicochemical properties of bamboo charcoals come from the northeast are a little better than those of southwest,and the indexes of extensive managed type are a little better than those from the intensive managed type,but the differences are not distinct,so it is not necessary to take into account the producing area and management way during the material selection of industrial production.
