摘    要:为了给竹基纤维复合材料在户外环境的使用提供参考数据,对利用3~4年生毛竹和慈竹生产的竹基纤维复合材料,参照美、中两种标准(ASTM D 1037-06a和GB/T 17657-1999)方法进行循环试验,测定经过循环暴露试验后,材料的力学性能和尺寸稳定性.试验结果表明,竹基纤维复合材料的性能优于现有户外商业化重组竹产品.

Abstract:A crushed bamboo-mat composite has a high potential in exterior structural applications.The mechanical properties and dimensional stability of the bamboo composites,after an accelerated six wet-dry cycle and water boil tests,were studied.The results showed that the average modulus of rupture,modulus of elasticity,and shear strength of moso-bamboo composites,after the accelerated test,were no less than 120 MPa,13 000 MPa,15 MPa,respectively.The thickness swelling of the composite was no more than 5%.The mechanical performance of Neosinocalamus af finis bamboo composite,after the accelerated test,was even better.
