| 摘 要： | 在福建蔗区,甘蔗花叶病田间发病率因地区和品种而异。供试9个种及品种对甘蔗花叶病毒株系A的反应为:割手密野生种表现免疫;闽糖70/611和桂糖11表现抗病;福引79/9,F134和闽选703表现中抗;福引79/8表现感病,NCo310和Co740表现高度感病。本文还对田间花叶病的发生特点与品种抗性的关系及品种抗性鉴定的依据和标准等进行讨论。

| Abstract: | The incidence of sugarcane mosaic varied with the different sugarcane cultivars and districts, ranging from 0 to 100% and from 0 to 78%, respectively, in the sugarcane-growing areas of Fujian. Among the 9 cultivars and species tested, Saccharum spontaneum was immune, Mintang 70/611 and Guitang 11 were resistant, Fuyin 79/9, Fl34 and Minxian 703 were moderately resistant, Fuyin 79/8 was susceptible and NCo 310 and Co 740 were highly susceptible to sugarcane mosaic virus str. A. The bases and criteria of variety resistance test and the relationship between the incidental characteristics of sugarcane mosaic and varietal resistance are also discussed. |
