狂犬病病毒抗体纳米荧光检测试纸条的临床应用

摘    要:为评价狂犬病病毒抗体纳米荧光试纸条的性能,使用该试纸条,对A、B、C 3组不同免疫阶段犬血清进行抗体检测,并对122份临床犬血清,同时使用试纸条、SYNBIOTICS试剂盒、北京世纪元亨ELISA试剂盒进行抗体检测。结果显示:未免疫狂犬病疫苗的A组,抗体水平极低;免疫1个月后的B组,抗体水平迅速升高;免疫2个月后的C组,抗体水平出现回落。试纸条与SYNBIOTICS试剂盒的阳性符合率为92%,阴性符合率为91.67%,总符合率为90.17%;与北京世纪元亨试剂盒的阳性符合率为96.16%,阴性符合率为97.15%,总符合率为96.73%。结果表明,试纸条可以真实反映不同免疫阶段的狂犬病病毒抗体变化,与国内外商品试剂盒符合率高,可应用于狂犬病疫苗免疫后的临床效果评估,指导临床建立合理的免疫策略。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the performance of nano-fluorescent strip for detecting the antibody against rabies virus,serum samples of dogs at different immune stages were divided into groups of A,B and C,and tested by the nano-fluorescent strip.Then 122 clinical serum samples were tested by nano-fluorescent strip,SYNBIOTICS kit and Anheal ELISA kit simultaneously to evaluate the coincidence rate.The results showed that the antibody level of group A(unvaccinated)was very low,that of group B(after one month of vaccination)increased rapidly,and that of group C(after two months of vaccination)decreased.The positive coincidence rate,negative coincidence rate and total coincidence rates of the strip and SYNBIOTICS kit were 92%,91.67%and 90.17%respectively,and those of the strip and Anheal ELISA kit were 96.16%,97.15%and 96.73%respectively.In conclusion,the dynamic changes of antibodies against rabies virus could be effectively detected by the nano-fluorescent strip,with high coincidence rate with the commercial kits both at home and abroad,therefore it could be used to evaluate the vaccine effect and guide the development of a reasonable clinical vaccination strategy.
