| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了内丘县依托特有的自然资源优势,大力发展休闲农业和乡村旅游。内丘县以“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五大发展理念为引领,牢牢把握农业转方式、调结构和京津冀协同发展重大机遇,将休闲农业与现代农业、美丽乡村建设紧密结合、在规划引领、规范监管、品牌培育、宣传推介等方面采取积极有效措施,大力推进全县休闲农业与乡村旅游健康发展,形成了区域聚集、类型多样、特色明显、规模效益不断提升的良好发展态势,为推动农业增效、农民增收、农村增绿提供了动力。创建了以“吃、住、行、摘、憩、嬉、购”为一体的地方特色休闲农业和乡村旅游新局面,促进了当地农民的就业增收,提升了当地农村生态环境,为其它县域休闲农业的发展提供了宝贵做法和经验。

Current status of leisure agriculture and rural tourism development in Neiqiu County, and local practices |

| Abstract: | This paper introduces Neiqiu County"s unique natural resource advantages and vigorously develops leisure agriculture and rural tourism. Neiqiu County is guided by the five development concepts of "innovation, coordination, greenness, openness, and sharing." It firmly grasps the major opportunities for agricultural transformation, structural adjustment, and coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Combining, adopting active and effective measures in planning and guidance, standardized supervision, brand cultivation, publicity and promotion, etc., and vigorously promoted the healthy development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in the county. The development trend has provided impetus for promoting agricultural efficiency, farmers" income, and rural greening. Created a new situation of local characteristic leisure agriculture and rural tourism with "eat, live, travel, pick, rest, play, buy" as one, promote the employment income of local farmers, enhance the local rural ecological environment, and provide leisure for other counties The development of agriculture provides valuable practices and experience. |
