| 摘 要： | 发展“四优”推进“四化”是河南省建设现代农业强省,加快农业转方式、调结构的重要突破口,也是当前和今后一个时期推动河南省农业供给侧结构性改革的重要抓手。文章阐述了罗山县茶产业发展现状,总结分析了罗山县茶产业发展存在的问题,从促进茶产业“四化”的角度,提出了从加强政策支持力度,推广应用优良品种和高效生产技术,制定产业标准化体系,培育壮大龙头,实施“茶+旅游”战略等方面促进茶产业高质量发展的建议。

Present situation and development strategy of tea industry in Luoshan County |

| Abstract: | To develop the "four best" and promote the "four modernizations" is to build Henan into a strong modern agricultural province.It is to accelerate agriculture to change mode, adjust the important breach of structure.It is also an important way to promote the agricultural supply-side structural reform in Henan province.This paper expounds the current situation of tea industry development , summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the development of tea industry in luoshan county.From the perspective of promoting the "four modernizations" of the tea industry,We proposed to strengthen policy support, promote the application of good varieties and efficient production technology, formulate an industrial standardization system, cultivate and expand the leading, and implement the "tea + tourism" strategy.These suggestions are about promoting high-quality development of tea industry. |
