摘    要:为探讨HACH速测法检测对虾养殖水体氮磷含量的可行性,应用HACH速测法和国标法(GB 17378.4-2007)检测对虾池塘水体NH_3-N、NO_2~--N和PO_4~(3-)含量,分析两种方法测定结果及其相互关系;并研究了对虾养殖池塘水样直接过滤测定、过滤低温冻存和低温冻存过滤三种处理方法对NH_3-N、NO_2~--N和PO_4~(3-)检测结果的影响。结果显示,HACH速测法检测NH_3-N、NO_2~--N和PO_4~(3-)的标准曲线线性良好,检测结果与国标法检测结果差异显著(P0.05),但两者之间有显著的线性关系,线性方程分别为Y(NH_3~-N)=0.891X(NH_3~-N)-0.006;Y(NO_2--N)=1.657X(NO_2~--N)+0.004;Y(PO_4~(3-))=0.901X(PO_4~(3-))-0.018(Y为国标法检测值,X为HACH速测法检测值);HACH速测法检测养殖水体的结果利用建立的函数方程进行换算,获得的计算值与国标法检测值无显著性差异;经三种方法处理后的对虾池塘水体NH_3~-N、NO_2~--N检测值之间无显著差异,但经冻存处理两组水样的PO_4~(3-)含量显著低于直接过滤检测组PO_4~(3-)含量,冻存处理组之间PO_4~(3-)含量无明显差异。结果表明,HACH速测法可用于检测养殖水体NH_3-N、NO_2~--N和PO_4~(3-)含量,但检测结果需要经函数转化;为保证水样检测结果的准确性,待检水样需要采取合适的保存方式或者立即进行测定。

Comparison of nitrogen and phosphorus detection results of shrimp aquatic water by HACH rapid detection method and national standard method
Abstract:HACH rapid detection method and national standard method (GB 17378.4-2007) were employed to detect the concentrations of ammonia nitrogen, nitrite and phosphate in shrimp ponds water, and their quantitative relationships of detection results were analyzed.Moreover, the effects of three different treatment methods of water sample on the detection results were also analysed, which included only filtrated, forzen for ten days at -20 ℃ and then filtrated, and filtrated and then forzen for ten days at -20℃.The results showed that the standard curves of HACH rapid detection method had high linearity.The HACH detection results were significantly different from those measured by national standard method ( P <0.05).However, there were good linear relationships between the results of both methods, and the linear equations were Y(NH3-N) =0.891X(NH3-N) -0.006, Y(NO2 --N) =1.657X(NO2 --N) +0.004, Y(PO43-) =0.901X ( PO4 3-) -0.018 ( Y presents the detection results by national standard method, X presents the detection results by HACH rapid detection method) .The HACH rapid detection results of shrimp aquatic water were modified by these particu-lar equations to get new calculated values, which were not significantly different from the detection results by national standard method (P>0.05).Ammonia nitrogen and nitrite concentrations of water sample were not significantly changed under the three water sample treatment methods.Phosphate concentration reduced obviously in frozen water samples.In conclusion, HACH rapid detection methods could be used to measure the concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus com-pounds in aquatic water, and the detection results need to be recalculated through particular equations.Besides, the water samples should be measured immediately after the collection.
