| 摘 要： | 本试验以中药百花蛇舌草、金银花等清热解毒药为主药,辅以黄芪、甘草等补气药组成中药复方,以水萃取浓缩制备中药复方流浸膏。以鸡新城疫病毒(NDV)为模式病毒,在鸡胚水平上以鸡胚平均死亡时间(MDT)和鸡胚尿囊液血凝价作为检测指标。结果表明,中药复方流浸膏与NDV感作和不感作均对NDV有明显的抑制作用,延长鸡胚死亡时间,降低血凝价,为临床用药提供了试验依据。
