| 摘 要： | 对桃(Prunus persica)树体内苦杏仁甙含量年变化的研究结果表明,叶片中苦杏仁甙含量为单峰曲线变化;一年生枝条韧皮部的苦杏仁甙含量在休眠期较高,而木质部的苦杏仁甙含量在休眠期较低;在旺盛生长期,韧皮部的苦杏仁甙含量较低,而木质部的苦杏仁甙含量较高;果肉及种仁的苦杏仁甙含量变化趋势相似,都呈上升趋势,5月中旬前果肉中苦杏仁甙含量高于种仁的苦杏仁甙含量,5月中旬之后相反,种仁的苦杏仁甙含量大于果肉中苦杏仁甙含量。

| Abstract: | The yearly change of amygdalin content in peach(Prunus persica) was studied.The results showed that the trend of amygdalin content change in leaves was a single peak curve;Among annual amygdalin content variation in phloem of 1-year woods was higer in dormancy,but it was lower in xylem of branches in dormancy.In vigorous growth period,amygdalin content in phloem was lower,but it was higher in xylem of branches;The trend of amygdalin content change in flesh and kernel was similar and went up;Before the middle of May amygdalin content in flesh of peach was higher than kernel;After the middle of May amygdalin content in kerne was higher than flesh. |
