黄杨叶栒子组织培养与快速繁殖技术研究

摘    要:采用组织培养技术,以幼嫩茎段为接种外植体,对黄杨叶栒子进行快速繁殖研究。结果表明,1/2 MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L为黄杨叶栒子较佳的启动培养基,MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L为较佳的增殖培养基,在生根阶段,以1/2MS+IBA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L为较佳培养基,一定量的IBA和NAA互作时,黄杨叶栒子的生根率最高,生根时间最短。

Abstract:The techniques of tissue culture and rapid propagation on Cotoneaster buxifolius were studied by using young stem with single bud as explants.The results showed that the initiating medium was 1/2 MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L,the subculture medium was MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L,the rootage medium was 1/2MS+IBA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L and rooting rate was the highest and rooting time was the shortest for Cotoneaster buxifolius when some measure of IBA and NAA interacted in the medium.
