莲子草假隔链格孢SF-193固体培养基组分的响应曲面法优化

摘    要:为获得空心莲子草生防菌SF-193固体培养基的最佳配方,本研究采用响应曲面法(response surface methodology,RSM)优化空心莲子草生防菌SF-193固体培养基各组分的配比,探讨各组分(大米粉,大豆粉,胡萝卜粉)对菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,大豆粉和胡萝卜粉对生防菌SF-193菌丝生长的线性效应显著,大米粉分别与大豆粉、胡萝卜粉之间的交互作用显著。固体培养基的最佳配方为大米粉61.7 g/L,大豆粉9.0 g/L,胡萝卜粉1.1 g/L。

Abstract:Response surface methodology(RSM) was applied to optimize composition ratio of solid-medium fermented Nimbya alternantherae SF-193 and evaluate the combined effects of the three main independent parameters,rice flour,soymeal and carrot meal on mycelium growth.The results showed that the interaction between soymeal and carrot meal was significantly positive effect on the growth of mycelium.And the combined effects of rice flour with other components were also significant.The optimum concentration of rice flour,soymeal and carrot meal in solid-medium were found to be 61.7 g/L, 9.0 g/L and 1.1 g/L,respectively.
