20个糯玉米自交系几个主要性状的配合力分析

摘    要:用NCⅡ遗传设计分析方法,选择10个糯玉米自交系1(SN9-111)、2(SHN1111)、3(SHN321)、4(SN602-111)、5(珍5124)、6(JNF20)、7(DW613)、8(YL6113)、9(SNF611)、10(SN668-211)作为父本,10个糯玉米自交系A(SNM121-1)、B(珍5112)、C(SNHN11)、D(SN紫1)、E(YL6112)、F(YL6114)、G(DW62122)、H(宜糯1-112)、I(SN606-1)和J(CT4211)作为母本,进行几个主要性状的配合力和遗传参数研究。结果表明,父本系间和母本系间各性状的一般配合力(GCA)效应存在极显著的差异。自交系1(SN9-111)、6(JNF20)、8(YL6113)、9(SNF611)、D(SN紫1)、E(YL6112)、H(宜糯1-112)、I(SN606-1)的产量GCA效应呈极显著的正效应,应用这些自交系配置出产量较高组合的可能性较大,利用价值较高;其他自交系配置出产量较高组合的可能性较小,需要改良后再利用;其他性状的配合力应根据不同的育种目标加以利用。组合E×1、D×6、E×6、F×6、H×6、A×8、B×8、H×8、I×8、G×9和H×9的特殊配合力(SCA)较高,且产量也较高,这些组合的利用潜力较高。株高、穗位高、出苗至吐丝天数和出籽率等性状的杂种优势主要受基因的加性效应影响,产量的杂种优势主要受基因的非加性效应影响。

Abstract:The combining ability and genetic parameters of several main characteristics of 20 wax maize inbred lines were studied by NCⅡgenetic design.The results showed that the GCA of each character between the 10 male parents(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) and 10 female parents(A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J) was tremendously different.Among all the inbred lines,1,6,8,9,D,E,H and I were more valuable,for whose GCA of yield were positive thus have more possibilities to acquire higher yield combinations,while other lines need further improvement for better breeding due to their low GCA of yield.As to the GCA of other characters,the utilization was decided by different breeding purposes.The potential of combinations: E×1,D×6,E×6,F×6,H×6,A×8,B×8,H×8,I×8,G×9 and H×9 was relatively high for whose yield and SGA were higher.The heterosis of plant height,ear height,the period between seedling and silking and grain yield rate were mainly affected by addictive genetic effect,while the yield was greatly influnced none-addictive genetic effect.
