摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法对重庆、湖南、江西3个主要道地产区的30个不同品种的酸橙资源进行质量品质分析。新橙皮苷在0.102~2.040μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991),回收率为102.24%,RSD为1.65%;柚皮苷在0.094~1.880μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),回收率为99.08%,RSD为1.36%。3个主要产地的枳壳药材新橙皮苷的含量在0.89%~10.42%,柚皮苷的含量在2.43%~14.1%,不同品种或类型的酸橙中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷含量有明显的差异,可为今后枳壳优质种源选育提供材料,为枳壳药材良种选育和资源利用提供参考依据。

Abstract:The quality of Citrus aurantium Linn.collected from three main produced areas(Chongqing,Hunan and Jiangxi) and from germplasm nursery of citrus was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The analysis of neohesperidin and narngin showed good linearity between 0.102-2.040 μg(r=0.9991) and between 0.094-1.880 μg(r=0.9996),respectively.The average recovery was 102.24 % with RSD 1.65 %,99.08 %with RSD 1.36 % respectively.The content of neohesperidin was between 0.89 %-10.42 %,and narngin between 2.43 %-14.1 % from three habitats.The analysis of neohesperidin and narngin also showed that the differences existed among species or types in Citrus aurantium,which could provide the basis for breeding of Citrus aurantium Linn.
