摘    要:采用SSR标记技术对7个西北地区主栽豌豆品种基因组DNA进行扩增,构建了不同品种豌豆的指纹图谱。结果表明,21对不同的SSR引物中有6对扩增出多态性DNA片段,其中1对引物PSAC75可使每一品种具有其自身的特征谱带。因此,SSR技术可从DNA水平鉴别豌豆品种的分子差异,从而为分子标记辅助育种提供技术依据。

Abstract:The genome DNA of the main cultivated pea cultivars in Northwest China was amplified by SSR to construct the fingerprint.The results showed that 6 pairs SSR primers of 21 pairs could amplify polymorphic DNA fragments,among which PSAC75 could make every cultivar have own characteristic spectra.Based on this,the SSR technique could identify the differences of pea cultivars in the DNA level and provide the technical support for molecular marker-assisted breeding.
