农村中小学教师教育技术能力培训体系探究

摘    要:结合农村中小学教育教学实践,针对农村中小学教师教育技术能力初级培训与中级培训存在的共同性与差异性,指出了培训层次的差异导致培训对象的差异,因地制宜、因人而异,合理选择初级培训或中级培训模式,提升自身教育技术能力,有利于提高参加培训的农村中小学教师的整体教学能力。
