农机产品寿命预测的基因表达式编程-滑动窗口算法研究

摘    要:提出了一种用于农机寿命预测的改进的基因表达式编程-滑动窗口(Gene Expression Programming-sliding windows,GEP-SW)算法,该方法通过滑动窗口动态地获取进行寿命预测的有效试验数据,运用改进的基因表达式编程计算预测时段的寿命值与前一时段寿命数值的依存程度,通过依存程度加权和对寿命进行预测。实例表明,改进的GEP-SW算法在获得4个及以上数据后便可以建立模型,解决了传统方法需要大量试验数据才能建模的不足,是一个解决农机产品寿命预测问题的途径。

Abstract:A Gene Expression Programming-Sliding Windows(GEP-SW) method used to life prediction of agricultural mechanical products was proposed.The life was predicted by SW to get effective test data,and by GEP-improved to calculation dependency level between value of life in predicting time and that of in previous time,and by sum to get value of life.The result of instance showed the improved GEP-SW algorithm can modeling in the condition of only 4 datum,which explains that employing improved GEP-SW method is worth ...
