摘    要:根据2004~2009年大气污染物的监测数据,利用等维灰数递补动态模型预测了未来6年秦皇岛市大气污染变化趋势。经检验,等维灰数递补动态模型合理,精度较高,与环保部门公布的数据吻合程度较好。结果显示,“十二五”期间,秦皇岛市环境空气质量将逐年提高。

Abstract:According to the monitoring data of air pollutants in Qinhuangdao from 2004 to 2009,a variation trend of the ambient air pollutants of the next six year was forecasted through equal dimension grey dynamic model to provide a basis for the air pollution control.Results of the theoretical prediction was quite in agreement with the observations.The urban atmospheric environment during the twelfth in Qinhuangdao was being improved year by year.
