摘    要:目的]为盐碱土资源的开发利用提供理论依据,也为耐盐植物的选育打下基础。方法]采用盆栽试验法,设置单盐、复合盐不同浓度的处理,研究盐胁迫对女贞的生长量、存活率及叶片生长的影响,探讨女贞的耐盐能力。结果]在高于4g/kg的盐处理下,随着单盐或复合盐盐胁迫程度的加深,女贞新梢生长量逐渐降低;盐胁迫下,随着盐浓度的升高,植物存活率下降,叶片发黄、叶缘枯萎面积都有上升趋势。相同浓度复合盐处理的植株要比单盐处理的植株成活率略高,复合盐处理时所表现出对植物的伤害程度要轻于单盐处理。结论]女贞苗木对单盐、复合盐的耐盐临界浓度是5~6g/kg。
