| 摘 要： | 目的]为盐碱土资源的开发利用提供理论依据，也为耐盐植物的选育打下基础。方法]采用盆栽试验法，设置单盐、复合盐不同浓度的处理，研究盐胁迫对女贞的生长量、存活率及叶片生长的影响，探讨女贞的耐盐能力。结果]在高于4g／kg的盐处理下，随着单盐或复合盐盐胁迫程度的加深，女贞新梢生长量逐渐降低；盐胁迫下，随着盐浓度的升高，植物存活率下降，叶片发黄、叶缘枯萎面积都有上升趋势。相同浓度复合盐处理的植株要比单盐处理的植株成活率略高，复合盐处理时所表现出对植物的伤害程度要轻于单盐处理。结论]女贞苗木对单盐、复合盐的耐盐临界浓度是5～6g／kg。
