| 摘 要： | 河北省小城镇建设存在自然资源浪费、生态破坏严重、人居环境质量下降等问题,这是由小城镇人口增多、工业生产造成大量污染、小城镇规划不充分等原因造成。笔者针对这一现状,提出从抓好小城镇污染防治工作,促进小城镇产业结构优化、升级;贯彻落实《全国生态环境保护纲要》,进一步加强生态环境保护;抓紧编制和实施小城镇环境规划,加快小城镇环境基础设施建设;做好土地利用与资源利用规划,实现小城镇资源环境可持续发展4个方面解决小城镇的生态与环境问题,使得小城镇自然资源得到合理开发和利用,生态环境保持良性循环。
