| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨不同播种深度对黄芩出苗的影响，为大面积栽培黄芩保证苗齐苗全提供依据。方法]共设7个处理，播深分别为0、0．5、1、15、2．0,2．5、3．0cm，采用随机区组设计，3次重复。结果]播深为0cm（不覆土）和播深0．5cm（覆土厚度O．5cm）的处理25d出苗率极显著高于其他播深的出苗率，分别高达69％和60％。播深在1cm时，黄芩出苗率居第3位，为46％，播深在1．5cm时，黄芩出苗率为16％，其余播深不足5％。结论]黄芩出苗率随播种深度的增加，出苗率降低。即播深越浅，出苗率越高，出苗速度越快，因此在大田黄芩种植以浅播为宜（0～0．5cm）。 |
