摘    要:从医药卫生防疫消毒剂、农药杀菌剂和化工防霉剂中,经过抑菌效果多重筛选、滤纸条交叉法,测定各药液搭配是否增效或拮抗;消毒效果生物试验、蚕体蚕座消毒防病试验等筛选出对家蚕病毒病、细菌病、真菌病、微粒子病等四大类传染性蚕病病原均有灭活作用的杀菌广谱、高效、低毒、安全、无腐蚀性及化学性稳定的复合剂型蚕体蚕座消毒剂。经2年农村生产中试,对降低蚕期发病率、死笼茧率,提高上茧率和原蚕繁殖系数等均取得显著的效果。

Abstract:CANZUOJING,a compound disinfectant reported in this paper,was selected from the sanitation and anti-epidemic disinfectants,the agricultural bactericides as well as the chemical anti-mould agents. Through a series of experiments,including the multiple selections among the results of bacterial inhibition and the filter-paper-crossing method, the promotion or inhibition effect of the different composition of the compound was tested respectively. The biological tests on disinfection result and the disease prevention experiments by silkworm body and rearing bed disinfection were conducted. The results showed that CANZUOJING has inactivation effect on the pathogens of the four main infective silkworm diseases, such as bacterial, viral, fungal and pebrine diseases. CANZUOJING is wide-ranging,highly effective,less poisonous ,non-corrosive ,safe and stable. Mid-test has been had in countryside for two years, where significant results have been obtained. The disease contracting ratio in larval stage and the dead pupal cocoon ratio were reduced,and the good cocoon ratio and the coefficient of the multiplication of parental silkworms increased
