莼菜扦插的影响因素研究

摘    要:目的]提高莼菜(Brasenia schreberi)的扦插成活率。方法]研究不同季节、不同基质、不同pH、不同水位深度对莼菜扦插成活率的影响。结果]春季扦插的平均成活率高于秋季;浅湖区泥土中的成活率高于用园土、黄土和沙土拌匀的混合泥土中的平均成活率;匍匐茎在pH=6.0环境下成活率最高;水深一般控制在泥土以上枝条的2倍左右。结论]该研究可为莼菜田间栽培繁殖提供理论依据。

Study on the Influencing Factors to Brasenia schreberi Cuttage

Abstract: Objective ] The aim was to improve the survival rate of Brasenia schreberi Cuttage. Method ] The effects of different season, differ- ent matrix, different pH, different water depth on the survival rate of Brasenia schreberi Cuttage. Result ] The average survival rate of Brasenia schreberi cutting in spring was higher than that in autumn, in shallow lake soil was higher than in garden soil and mixture soil of loess and sand soil ; its survival rate was the highest when the environmental pH was 6.0 ; the water depth was about 2 times height above soil. Conclusion ] The study provides a theoretical basis for cultivation and multiplication of Brasenia schreberi in field.
