摘    要:为寻找形态鉴定之外的方法进行活体云南松和思茅松的区分,对生长于云南省景东山区的云南松、思茅松活体枝叶的挥发物进行动态顶空密闭循环吸附捕集,并采用热脱附—气相色谱/质谱(TCT-GC/MS)联用技术加以检测.结果表明,思茅松挥发物中含有1%左右的长叶松烯而云南松挥发物中未发现该成分;云南松和思茅松的挥发物主要以萜烯类成分为主,其中β-蒎烯相对含量(云南松14.44%,思茅松41.68%)均高于α-蒎烯(云南松3.68%,思茅松9.72%),与云南松松脂和思茅松脂松节油中的含量相反.云南松和思茅松挥发物中均检测到约10%的苯系物对繖花烃,云南松挥发物中还检出其少量异构体邻繖花烃.

Abstract:Besides morphological differences,Pinus yunnanensis and P.kesiya var.langbianensis could also be distinguished by their volatiles released from living branches and needle leaves.In the mountainous region of Jingdong County,Yunnan Province,both of the volatiles were closely and circularly head-space sampled within adsorptive tubes,then analyzed by thermal-desorption cryo-trapping gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(TCT-GC/MS).Results showed that nearly 1% longifolene was found in volatiles from P.kesiya var.langbianensis but it was not detected in those from P.yunnanensis.Terpenes were both highly contained in the two samples,among which the contents of β-pinene(14.44% in P.yunnanensis and 41.68% in P.kesiya var.langbianensis) were both higher than those of α-Pinene(3.68% in P.yunnanensis and 9.72% in P.kesiya var.langbianensis),just on the contrary to oleoresin in P.yunnanensis and turpentine in P.kesiya var.langbianensis).About 10% p-cymene,one of benzene homologues,was also detected in both volatiles.
