摘    要:采用盆栽试验研究了单作及复合体系中接种根瘤菌对土壤含氮量,植株氮素积累量及豌豆、玉米根际细菌数量的影响.结果表明:接种根瘤菌显著增加了土壤含氮量和植株氮素积累量,当地筛选菌株XC3.1的接种效果优于菌株ACCC16l01,与未接种根瘤菌和接种ACC16101相比,接种菌株XC3.1的土壤含氮量和植株氮素积累量分别增加2...

Abstract:Pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of nodule bacteria inoculation on pea and maize rhizosphere bacteria amount and N content in different cropping patterns.The results showed that soil nitrogen content and plant nitrogen accumulation were significantly increased by rhizobia inoculation,as well as rhizosphere bacteria.The sensitivity of pea rhizosphere bacteria to rhizobia inoculation was greater than that of maize.Inoculating effect of selected strain XC3.1 was better than that of ACCC1...
