外源脯氨酸对盐胁迫下大豆离体胚再生植株生长及渗透调节的影响

摘    要:采用组织培养方法研究了盐胁迫下外源脯氨酸对大豆离体胚再生植株生长状况及生理特性的影响。结果表明,盐胁迫下外源脯氨酸减小大豆再生植株茎粗、增大株高、促进根系生长发育;增加游离脯氨酸及可溶性糖的累积,其中前者含量增加显著;促进K+、Mg2+的吸收,降低Na+、Cl-的含量;增加含水量、降低渗透势。外源脯氨酸有缓解盐害对大豆再生植株渗透胁迫的效应。

Abstract:The salt resistance effect of exogenous proline in soybean regenerated plantlets from embroyoes in vitro on its growth and osmotic adjustment were studied by means of tissue culture. The results showed that: ①Exogenous proline promoted the growth of regenerated plantlets under certain salt stress. ②The accumulation of free proline increased ,as well as soluble sugar; the content of free proline increased remarkably. ③The contents of Na + and Cl - decreased , the contents of K + and Mg 2+ increased in the plantlets . ④Exogenous proline increased its water contents, reduced its osmotic potential. Exogenous proline alleviated the osmotic injury caused by salt stress.
