铯-137γ射线对水稻生物学效应的研究

摘    要:本文应用多靶单击模型 F(D)=(1-ao)(1-e~(-a_1D))N]+ao 拟合解释~(137)Cs 和~(60)Coγ射线诱发水稻 M_1代损伤效应的照射剂量效应曲线。按建成的标准函数方程,计算出 M_1代苗高、存活率和育性在不同年份对两种γ射线反应的敏感系数。用方差分析检验敏感性变化的差异显著性。结果表明,M_1代三个性状对~(137)Csγ射线反应的敏感性低于~(60)Co γ射线,但无显著差异,同一性状的辐射敏感性在不同年份的差异较显著。此外,~(137)Csγ射线对三个性状产生的辐射效能低于~(60)Co,其相对生物学效应值为0.92±0.13,变化于0.64-1.09之间。

STUDIES ON BIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF ~(137)Cs-γRAYS
Abstract:The Multi-target model was used to fit and explain the dose-effect curves of radiation damages induced by ~(137)Cs and ~(60)Co γ-ray in M_1 gene- ration of rice plants in this paper.According to the standard functional equations establishes,sensitive coefficients of seedling height,survival rate and fertility in M_1 to the treatments of these two kinds of γ-rays were calculated in various years.Variance analysis was used to test the significance of difference among the coeffcients,The results showed that sensitivity of three characters in M_1 to ~(137)Cs γ-rays was lower than that to ~(60)Co;however,no significant difference was found.On the other hand, the variation of radiosensitivity for same one character was significant in various years.In addition,radiation effects on three characters produced by ~(137)Cs were lower than that by ~(60)Co.The RBE for ~(137)Cs was 0.92 ±0.13,ranging from 0.64 to 1.09.
