摘    要:在利用流化床快速热解生物质制取生物油的工艺基础上,对影响生物油成分的主要因素进行了分析:在生物质快速热解过程中,当热解温度、物料种类、催化剂、载气等参数发生变化时,生物油成分也会发生变化;生物质原料对于生物油的化学成分影响较大,而热解条件则对生物油化学成分的相对含量具有显著影响;可有针对性地选择反应条件及原料种类进行热解,以获得所需要品质的生物油.

Abstract:The main factors, which affect components of bio-oil, were discussed based on the experiments of fast pyrolysis in a fluidized bed reactor. The components of bio-oil vary with different parameters, such as reaction temperature, material type, catalyst, and carrier gas. Operational conditions have a greater influence on the chemical components of bio-oil than that of biomass materials. The target bio-oil can be obtained by controlling operational conditions and biomass materials.
