红麻产量和纤维品质性状的杂种优势及其与配合力效应的关系

摘    要:以7个亲本作7(7+1)/2双列杂交,估算了21个组合11个产量与品质性状的杂种优势及其与配合力效应的关系.结果表明:红麻杂种优势是显著的,可利用的较强的杂种优势主要表现在单株干皮重、鲜茎重、精麻重和纤维强力性状上,以7804×耒阳红麻、7380×耒阳红麻、非洲裂叶×粤红1号杂种优势最强,产量杂种优势超过青皮3号(CK)32.7%—37.7%.杂种优势与特殊配合力和配合力总效应相关达极显著,与多数性状的一般配合力相关达显著水平;亲本性状水平与亲本性状gca呈较密切正相关;亲本gca性状互补与组合杂种优势有关.本文还讨论了亲本配合力、性状的基因效应以及杂种优势利用的一些问题.

Abstract:The study was conducted in a 7(7+1)/2 diallel cross with 21 kenal (Hibicus cannabinus L.) combinations. The results showed that the heteroses of kenaf are significant and the available heteroses most appear in the traits of dry bark weight per plant, fresh stem weight per plant, fibre weight per plant and fibre strength. The highest heteroses are found in 7804× Leiyang kenaf, 7380× Leiyang kenaf and Feizhou Lieye× Yuehong No.1 combinations with 32.7%-37.7% increase of yield as compared with that of the Qingpi No. 3 (CK). The heteroses are highly significantly correlated with special combining ability (sca) and total combining ability (tca) as well as significantly with the general combining ability (gca) in most traits. The parental trait performance are closely positively correlated with the gca of parent's traits and the complementation of traits for parent gca is related to the heteroses of combinations. Some problems concerning the parental combining ability, gene-action on the traits and the utilization of heteroses are also presented in this paper.
