保护酶在桑天牛与不同抗性杨树之间的互作过程

摘    要:为明确保护酶在桑天牛与不同抗性杨树之间的互作过程,将桑天牛分别接种在抗虫的北京杨和感虫的毛白杨体内,测定了取食过程中桑天牛和两种杨树体内主要保护酶活性的变化规律。结果表明,人工接种桑天牛后,抗虫杨树(北京杨)树体内过氧化物酶(POD)活性大幅度增加,其次是超氧化物歧化酶(SOD);而感虫的毛白杨体内,SOD和POD活性虽有一定增长,但增长幅度低于北京杨;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在抗虫及感虫杨树韧皮部内均没有太大变化,说明抗虫杨树在抵御桑天牛危害过程中,POD是起主要作用的保护酶。桑天牛在取食抗虫杨树时,体内SOD和CAT活性明显提高,第7天的SOD活性最高,到第10天时明显下降,CAT在第10天最高,POD活性变化不明显;但在取食感虫杨树时,3种保护酶活性没有明显变化。说明桑天牛取食抗虫杨树过程中,主要是通过SOD和CAT的共同作用克服抗虫杨树体内含有的对桑天牛的不嗜食因素。在桑天牛与杨树互作过程中,保护酶对于二者之间的互相适应与协同发展起着不可忽视的作用。

Abstract:By inoculating Apriona germari larva in the resistant and susceptible populus,the change of activi- ties of main protective enzymes in interaction of A.germari and different resistant populus was studied.The re- sult showed that after inoculation of A.germari,the activities of SOD and POD in the phloem of resistant Popu- lus x beijingensis increased markedly,but the increasing rate was lower in the susceptible popolus,while the activity of CAT was not changed significantly in both popolus.This result showed that POD played an important role in the defense of A.germari to resistant populus.The activities of SOD and CAT in the larva of A.germari increased gradually when feeding on resistant populus,and reached maximum at 7 days and POD at 10 days respectively,while activities of three protective enzymes has not changed significantly when feeding on sus- ceptible popolus.This showed that it is mainly SOD and CAT that overcome the unfavorable condition of the resistant populus when A.germari feeding on it.All this suggested that the protective enzymes played an im- portant role on the co-adaption in the interaction of A.germari and populus.
