摘    要:将14头奶牛分为健康对照组和乳房炎组,分别在泌乳的不同时期采血液,分离血清,测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)、过氧化氢酶(cAT)活性。结果显示,患病奶牛血清中SOD、GSH—Px、CAT活性显著低于对照组(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。结果表明,患病奶牛血清中抗氧化物酶活性的降低导致自由基大量蓄积可能是乳房炎发病机理之一。

Activity of antioxidant enzyme in serum of cow with mastitis

Abstract:This experiment was to explain antioxidation of cow with mastitis by investigating activity of antioxidant enzyme in serum, fourteen cows was divided into control group and mastitis group. The activity of SOD,GSH-Px and CAT in serum of mastitis cows was measured by kit. The results showed that the activity of SOD,GSH-Px and CAT in serum was obviously lower compared with control group (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05 ). The decreased activity of antioxidant enzymes wich could cause an increasing content of free radical in serum of mastitis cows may be one of mechanism of mastitis in dairy cow.
