微波真空冷冻干燥中试设备的设计

摘    要:本论文以实现工业化生产为目标,充分考虑中试试验要求,研制出一种微波冻干中试试验设备。重点介绍了设备的系统构成、功率配置、主机总体结构和关键部件设计。各系统功率配置为:微波系统13kW、制冷系统8.35kW、真空系统4.5kW。设备干燥仓与捕水仓呈上下连体配置,中间通过屏蔽过流板相隔,可以允许水蒸气自由透过,同时也能防止微波进入捕水仓。微波系统采用小功率多口馈入方式,微波馈入口沿干燥仓周向交错排列。每只微波磁控管可独立启闭,功率连续可调(0~100%),冻干过程中可对微波系统进行精细化调节。本设备在测控方面,具备光纤实时测温、实时称重、视频监视、能耗跟踪等功能,非常便于微波冻干干燥特性研究、干燥工艺优化等研究。

Abstract:A pilot test equipment of microwave vacuum freeze-drying was developed with the aim of realizing industrialized production and satisfying the pilot testing requirements.System components,power configuration and the design of overall structure key components were introduced in this paper.The power configuration of microwave system,refrigerator system and vacuum system were 13kW,8.35kW and 4.5kW,respectively.Cylinder-shaped drying chamber and cold trap chamber of the pilot test equipment were connected in top-bottom position configuration,and were separated by the shielding pore plate which can allow the freedom passing through of water vapor and also prevent microwave’ s penetrating into clod trap chamber.For the microwave system,low-power and multi-port feed entrances were staggered along the circumference of the drying chamber.Every microwave magnetron can be turned on or off independently,and is continuously adjustable in the power,which enable the microwave system achieve a fine adjustment.The measurement and control system many real-time functions including material temperature measuring,water loss weighing,video surveillance,energy consumption tracking,etc.,which contribute to the studies on the drying characteristics and the process optimization of microwave freeze-drying.
