| 摘 要： | 农业机械化代表了农业先进的生产力,加速发展农机化为构建和谐农业和建设社会主义新农村拓展广阔的空间。在建设社会主义新农村的历史背景下,应抓住国家加大农村基础设施建设投入的机遇,尽快解决农机化进程中存在的难题。论文首先详细分析了农机化发展进程中存在的若干问题,针对这些问题给出了一些合理化建议。

| Abstract: | Mechanization of agriculture represents advanced agricultural productive capacity.Accelerating development of agricultural mechanization can contribute to greater space of development for harmonious agriculture and construction of new socialist countryside.Under the background of building the new socialist countryside,the golden opportunity of our government increasing spending on rural infrastructure must be seized and the difficult problems existed in development of agricultural mechanization can be solved soon.The paper presents a detailed analysis of some problems in existing in development of agricultural mechanization.Then,rationalization proposals are put forward for these problems. |
