稻麦联合收获横轴流脱分装置性能影响因素与提升对策探析

摘    要:以4LZ―1.0Q型全喂入稻麦联合收割机为例,系统分析了稻麦联合收获中脱分性能与装置部件各参数之间的相关性,指出该类收获机的脱分机构设计要点为:合理选定脱粒滚筒、凹板筛、上盖板的结构形式和组配关系能保证脱分作业顺畅性;合理设计钉齿滚筒结构参数和线速度能有效控制脱净率与破碎率;优化栅条凹板筛的筛孔大小、筛分面积等参数选择以提高脱分效率;优化上盖板升角、重叠量等参数以降低脱分功耗等。

Abstract:To the 4LZ-1.0Q whole feeding combine harvester as an example,this paper systematically analyses correlation between performance with parameter in threshing and separating installation,points out that to design essentials:reasonable selected the structure and relationship of threshing cylinder、concave board screen、cover plate can ensure to work flow;reasonable design of threshing cylinder’s structure parameters and linear velocity can effectively control pure rate and broken rate;optimize mesh size and screening area of concave board screen can improve efficiency;optimize rising angles and overlap quantity of cover plate can reduce power consumption.
