| 摘 要： | 以4年生夏黑葡萄为试材,研究了不同生长调节剂配方对增大花穗、提高着果率及果实膨大的作用及其对夏黑葡萄经济性状的影响。结果表明:GA3与6-BA组合比单独使用GA3效果好,生长调节剂最佳配方为花前7～10天用GA35mg/L+6-BA 10mg/L增大花穗,花后3天用GA325mg/L+6-BA 20mg/L保果,花后10～15天用GA325mg/L+CPPU 2mg/L促进果实膨大。

| Abstract: | The effects of different growth regulator formulations on elongating clusters,increasing fruit set rate and enlarging berries of summer black grape were studied on four years old plants.The results showed that application of GA3 together with 6-BA was better than that of GA3 alone.The best formulation for pre-anthesis application was 5 mg/L GA3 plus 10 mg/L 6-BA which could be used to elongate spikes when applied 7 to 10 days before flowering.For post-anthesis application,25 mg/L GA3 plus 20 mg/L 6-BA was the best for the prevention of fruit drop if applied 3 days after flowering.To promote the enlargement of berries,25 mg/L GA3 plus 2 mg/L CPPU could be used 10 to 15 days after flowering. |
