摘    要:采用AFLP分子标记方法,在DNA水平上研究番茄大花萼基因.以番茄大花萼突变体品种08085和正常番茄品种08086为亲本材料,分析鉴定了08086×08085以及其有性杂交F1、F2代分离群体的田间表现.结果表明,番茄花萼突变体MC基因所控制的性状是单显性遗传性状.研究用488对引物筛选出3个与番茄MC基因紧密连锁的...

Abstract:Based on AFLP marking method tomato macro calyx gene was studied.Tomato cultivars 08086 and 08085 were used as parents to analyze field performance of F1 and segregating population F2.The results showed that this trait was controlled by single gene.Two parents’ materials and F2 population were analyzed with 488 pairs of primers by AFLP method.Three markers(E32M36-D,E65M63-D and E47M75-A)were obtained and they closely linked to MC gene,their distance was 7.2,5.1 and 12.3 cM,respectively.Total 48 germplasm resources were detected by using AFLP marker E65M63-D combining with identification in the fields,and the results showed high degree of fitness and provided the basis for molecular breeding and gene cloning.
