| 摘 要： | 辣椒疫霉的菌落形态、生长速率、产生孢子囊的能力、致病力的强弱与培养基种类有很大关系。其中在燕麦片培养基上生长最快 ,致病力也最强 ,但致病力的强弱与菌丝生长速率没有关系 ;菌株在同一培养基 (营养条件 )下生活一定时间后 ,其致病力强弱发生了分化 ,认为营养条件是影响辣椒疫霉致病力分化的因素之一

| Abstract: | Medium had relation to biological characters including colony morphology, growth rate, sporangium production and pathogenicity of Phytophthora capsici Leonian.The results showed that the isolatte growth on OMA medium had greater growth rate and stronger virulence, but the virulence had no relation to growth rate.If the isolate of P.capsici were cultured on same media for a long period, the pathogenicity of the isolatie would differentiate.The results also showed that nutrition was one of the factors conducting to pathogenicity differentiation. |
