| 摘 要： | 本研究利用不同钙锌水平,观察蛋鸡肝组织及蛋黄中锌铜的代谢关系,结果证明,高钙日粮可致蛋鸡肝锌铜含量下降,使蛋黄锌含量降低;高锌日粮(≥1000ppm)可使鸡肝、蛋黄锌含量显著升高,使铜含量明显降低,肝Zn—MT与Gu—MT有一定负相关。

| Abstract: | Two experiments were conducted in order to observe the effects of dietary Calcium and Zinc on the Zinc and Copper in metablism of Layers. The experiment results showed that the high-level of Calcium of dietary could reduced Concentration of Zin and Copper in liver, reduced concentration of zinc in eggs. High-level of zinc of dietary, the zinc in liver and eggs of layers was increased significantly. The Copper in liver and eggs was redused. The Concentration of zinc-metallothionein (MT) and Cop-per-MT in liver was nagatively correlated, with Copper-MT in liver of layers. |
