| 摘 要： | 特种稻黑米品种的糙米果皮中,含有大量的稀有天然黑(紫)色素。本文研究了这种色素的提取与分离方法、化学结构及其稳定性,并对其药理作用和应用前景作了简要分析。

| Abstract: | The black rice ( "Black Gold I " ) is a sort of special rice containing a lot of the natural black or red pigment in the hull. This paper-reports a way to extract and seperate this natural pigment from the black rice. The chemical structure and chemical stability of the pigment is ed-assay and analyz ed. In the end of this paper.this pigment's pharmacology function and applies is discussed and prefabricated. |
